A vacancy has arisen for the position of Security/Customer Service Officer within Multrees Walk, Edinburgh's luxury shopping destination. The successful applicant should be flexible, enthusiastic, and preferably have experience in the security industry. Applicants must possess a valid SIA DS/SG licence, and a CCTV licence would be ideal. Customer Service is paramount at Multrees Walk; strong communication skills are essential.

Contract: 40.75 hours per week

Pay rate: currently £13.40, rising to £13.80 per hour in April.

Duties will include:

  • Providing Customer Service to all members of the public and tenants
  • Patrolling internal and external areas of the development
  • Carrying out daily checks of the premises
  • CCTV monitoring (by suitably trained person, SIA badge)
  • Ensuring that all site paperwork is up to date
  • Carrying out weekly fire/sprinkler testing

Shifts include: Days, nights, backshift - a minimum of 36 hours per week. Overtime and holiday cover may be required. Christmas bonus (discretionary/performance based).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.80 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.75 per week
