A vacancy has arisen for the position of Security/Customer Service Officer within Multrees Walk, Edinburgh's luxury shopping destination. The successful applicant should be flexible, enthusiastic, and preferably have experience in the security industry. Applicants must possess a valid SIA DS/SG licence and a CCTV licence would be ideal. Customer Service is paramount at Multrees Walk; strong communication skills are essential.
40.75 hour contract. Pay rate currently £13.40 rising to £13.80 per hour in April.
Duties will include:
- Providing Customer Service to all members of the public and tenants
- Patrolling internal and external areas of the development
- Carrying out daily checks of the premises
- CCTV monitoring (by suitably trained person, SIA badge)
- Ensuring that all site paperwork is up to date
- Carrying out weekly fire/sprinkler testing
Shifts include: Days, nights, backshift - a minimum of 36 hours per week. Overtime and holiday cover may be required. Christmas bonus (discretionary/performance based).
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: £13.80 per hour.
