Description

We are a well-funded, early-stage fintech startup on a mission to guide the world’s money flows via corporate Treasuries.

We work with some of the most exciting enterprises in the world and are looking to add a

Business Development Representative (BDR) to the team.

We’re looking for an outbound specialist who knows how to break into Fortune 1000 accounts.

Are you excited by the challenge of crafting messages CFOs actually respond to and working directly with founders and the commercial team to shape GTM?

Then we really want to talk to you!

About Palm Sales

Palm’s sales team today = two BDR's, two AE's and the founders. We’ve been running the enterprise motion ourselves, but we need extra help to keep our pipeline growing.

This role is about creating conversations where none exist .

You’ll be the one opening doors at global enterprises, testing outbound strategies, and helping Palm build the foundation of a scalable GTM engine.

At Palm, sales is defined by our principles

  • Lead with Curiosity: We test, iterate, and keep moving.
  • Speak with Courage: Feedback loops are fast and candid.
  • Work with Heart: CFO inboxes are tough to crack — we embrace the grind.

You’ll partner directly with the AE's, helping us learn what works, refine our ICP, and generate the meetings that turn into Palm’s lighthouse customers.

How will you make an impact?

  • Research, prospect, and build pipeline across enterprise finance teams.
  • Craft personalized outreach sequences (calls, email, Linked In) that resonate with CFOs and treasurers.
  • Secure high-quality meetings for our Founding AE and founders.
  • Experiment with outbound channels, messaging, and tactics and share learnings fast.
  • Join founders and AEs at industry events across Europe and the UK to build new customer relationships
  • Help shape Palm’s outbound playbook and scale the process for future BDRs.
  • Where we work

Palm is a remote-first company , with team members across Europe. We value flexibility and believe the best work often happens outside the office.

That said, this role is part of our founding sales team . To build playbooks, collaborate closely, and support each other in a high-growth environment, we’ll have regular in-person sessions

(with the AE, BDRs, and founders). We’ll work together to determine the right cadence that supports flexibility.

  • Our wish list
  • Must-haves
  • 1 year of outbound BDR/SDR experience at a Saa S company.
  • Easy to build a connection in the first 30 seconds.
  • Skilled in account research and personalized messaging.
  • Familiarity with long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience prospecting into CFO/finance orgs (treasury, FP&A, finance transformation).
  • Nice-to-haves
  • Proven success booking meetings with C-level executives at large enterprises.
  • Prior startup or early-stage experience.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools (Clay, Amplemarket, Hubspot, Linked In Sales Navigator).
  • Willingness and ability to identify and adopt modern technology (such as AI) to help scale.
  • Track record of mentoring junior BDRs or shaping team process.

Benefits of working at Palm

  • Travel: Meet all your new colleagues at quarterly offsites — the last 4 were in Berlin, Rotterdam, Marbella & Italy.
  • We
  • Work

Membership: Work from home is our go-to — we love spending time with friends and family instead of commuting.

We have We Work memberships for when you want to escape into the city and meet with the team

  • Stock Options: Own a large chunk of Palm and reap the rewards as you help us grow the company to a global player.
  • Pension & Health Insurance: Best-in-class local insurances and pension schemes so you don't have to worry.
  • Wellness Stipend: 500 EUR in annual wellness benefits — gyms, massages, you name it.
