The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 Β£ per hour.
We are looking to recruit a Digital Inclusion Support to help support and develop new ideas. It is a Time to Shine Leadership programme.
They will be expected to:
- Expand digital support services, helping vulnerable community members safely access online resources, complete forms, claim benefits, and avoid scams.
- Strengthen the organisation's capacity to deliver equitable, inclusive services.
- Develop partnerships and improve community engagement.
- Produce reports for Manager.
- Deliver one-to-one and group sessions to improve digital skills, online safety, and benefit access.
- Identify and report potential scams to protect vulnerable individuals.
- Engage hard-to-reach groups, tailoring support to individual needs.
- Be flexible in working day and manage own timetable including occasional weekend and early evening.
- Comply with the principles and requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR in relation to the management of records and information and respect the privacy of personal information held.
Approx 12 days required for travelling to T2S programme events and development days. Leadership days - 4 individual days throughout the year, may require travel and overnight stay away from home.
