Pallinc is a leading supplier of new and reconditioned pallet solutions based at Rand, near Wragby. We deliver our industry leading solutions all across the UK to a wide range of businesses across every industrial sector.
We are currently recruiting for production operatives at our Rand site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for either repairing or grading wooden pallets to our high standards, using various hand tools as well as an ability to keep your work area clean, tidy and safe.
You will consider yourself to be a reliable and experienced production worker with experience of using hand tools and working to high safety and quality standards. A willing and keen attitude is the route to success.
The hours for this role are 11pm till 7am Wednesday and Thursday night and 11pm till 11am Friday and Saturday night. Career progression is available to individuals who show the required enthusiasm, motivation and reliability.
