We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of high-impact marketing activity across digital, print, and social channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated junior marketer with strong design capabilities, excellent written skills, and hands-on social media experience. You will play a key role in supporting brand communications, content creation, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is creative, organised, digitally confident, and eager to develop within a fast-paced B2B logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities- Content & Copywriting
- Write engaging copy for website updates, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and internal communications
- Support the creation of press releases and award submissions
- Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent across all channels
- Assist with member communications and marketing materials
- Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where appropriate
- Track and report on social performance metrics
- Identify content opportunities across the network
- Design & Creative
- Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social posts, presentations, and print materials
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and event materials
- Support brand consistency across all creative output
- Work with external agencies when required
- Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist in delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Support event promotion and marketing for exhibitions and internal events
- Maintain and update website content
- Conduct competitor and industry research
- Essential
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva
- Experience managing social media platforms (ideally LinkedIn for B2B)
