EPC is undertaking a strategic transformation program and this new position, reporting to the GM of Clinical and Volunteer Services, will lead the operations of our clinical services.
Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers specialist home-based palliative care to clients and their families living within the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne. Selection Criteria
To be successful, you MUST have the following:
- Proven experience as a palliative care nursing leader, APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse Div 1 with current contemporary clinical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage clinical staff in a team setting working effectively across diverse disciplines.
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality, occupational health and safety, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead clinical operations, future planning and bringing innovation into services.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance and managing the provision of high quality, interdisciplinary client-focused services within approved budgets using the principles of value-based health care.
- Experience in delivering via telehealth, including ability to support staff with adoption of technology.
- Ability to champion change management.
- High level of competency with common computer applications.
