Palladium is seeking an Employment Advisor for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in our Southampton office. You will guide customers through the Restart Scheme, build relationships with stakeholders and create tailored work plans to help clients secure employment.
You will work with a wider team, meet KPI targets and ensure compliance. Travel to other Hampshire offices may be required with travel costs reimbursed by Palladium.
