Palladium is seeking a Lead Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract to support the Business Manager in coaching the team and tracking performance against KPIs.
The role will model high standards of quality, compliance, and caseload management while promoting continuous improvement across delivery teams.
The Lead Advisor will mentor Employment Advisors, review caseloads, and help identify development needs.
Power BI will be used to monitor quality, and the post reports into the Business Manager.
