This Opportunity Palladium is seeking a Group Finance Manager to support the global finance team by assisting with the preparation of financial data to meet internal and external reporting requirements of the Palladium Group. The role includes the production of management and statutory accounts, delivery of insightful and actionable information to the Group leadership team, and setting the standard for accounting and reporting for the Regional Finance teams.
Location: The position is based in Palladium’s London office, within our United Kingdom, Europe, and Africa (UKEA) region. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Palladium supports a hybrid working model with three days in office and two days from home.
Reporting Lines: The Group Finance Manager reports to the Group Financial Controller. The role also supports the Group Finance and Treasury teams and works closely with regional finance teams.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the global finance team in the production of financial and statutory reporting, the annual audit and value‑added monthly management reporting.
- US GAAP monthly and ad‑hoc reporting to Parent, leveraging the OneStream reporting platform.
- Consolidate the Regional reports and prepare the Group monthly reporting pack, including adding the appropriate level of insight and analysis.
- Support the preparation of the Group Executive Management Team monthly Board reporting deck, including variance analysis and preparation of commentary for senior finance stakeholders.
- Perform consolidations, Group month‑end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations (FX, balance sheet revaluations, intercompany loans, cash pool, FCTR, etc.).
- Perform daily, weekly and month‑end bank reconciliations and prepare reconciliation packs for review.
- Prepare and post treasury‑related journal entries including bank transactions, intercompany loan transactions, interest, bank fees, accruals, reclassifications, withholding tax and FX revaluation entries.
- Proactively develop improvement strategies across Group reporting, controls and compliance.
- Interface with external auditors for the Group audit, Parent audit and local entities audits as appropriate.
- Stakeholder management across regions and Parent.
Qualifications:
- ACCA, Certified Public Accountant or equivalent (e.g. Chartered Accountant) qualification.
- Prior experience in consolidations, international treasury, foreign exchange in multinational environments, intercompany accounting, and quick month‑end close processes would be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, company law and UK GAAP / FRS 102, Tax (VAT, withholding tax, corporation tax).
- Prior experience in timesheets management, international treasury / foreign exchange, intercompany accounting, fixed assets accounting, tax filings and compliance, month‑end close processes, journal entries, general ledger accounting, consolidation, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, year‑end close processes, and other statutory financial filings would be an advantage.
- Proven capability in generating reports for leadership to support management decisions while ensuring control over data and transactions under the guidance of the leadership.

- Appropriate professional experience with good leadership skills and the ability to pivot between system, process and technical detail to strategy development and solving high‑level management issues.
- Strong organisational, analytical, planning and financial management skills coupled with the ability to thrive under pressure and balance several competing projects at once.
- Ability to build strong relationships and liaise closely with corporate and regional leadership, senior managers, project teams, other employees and external service providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
