This Opportunity: The Sustainable Infrastructure team, part of the broader Economic Growth & Natural Capital (EGNC) Portfolio based in Palladium's Americas region, partners with mining companies to design and implement positive impact programs—such as workforce skilling, reforestation, and sustainable agriculture—that benefit mining communities and regions. The team works across the entire mining life cycle, helping clients achieve ESG targets while building the foundation for community resilience beyond mine closure.

  • Technical Work: Work with the team to develop short-term inputs and/or consultancy assignments on topics such as environmental risk management, biodiversity, decarbonization, major hazards, tailings, waste, water, air quality, rehabilitation, regional economic development, climate finance and nature-based solutions.
