Requirements | As a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Advisory practice, you’ll play a key role within multi-disciplinary, collaborative project teams, helping to solve our Private Equity clients’ and their portfolio company’s problems. Activities will include a combination of workshops, meetings, research and stakeholder engagement and providing analysis and insight. To help you achieve this, we will provide a combination of on-the-job learning opportunities working alongside experienced colleagues, complemented by a development plan. You will have a mentor who will help you to define your personal development goals to support you as you build your consulting career. You will have drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself, enjoy working with others to solve problems and share knowledge and above all have a passion for digital solutions, AI and technology.
We are looking for people with experience to deliver across the following competencies:
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including writing marketing material and reports.
- A balance of logical problem solving and innovative thinking.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Quick thinker, ability to swiftly understand new industry sectors, grasp complex project contexts and assimilate relevant background information.
- Enjoy working both collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Highly experienced with common productivity applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to conduct data analysis, visualisation and identification/analysis of insight from data.
Responsibilities | Support Managers in project management, running and facilitating client meetings and workshops. Perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to our clients. Use digital insights, research and experience to draw conclusions about what this means for the target business, identifying risks and opportunities. Create impactful written communications for clients across various media, including reports and interim updates. Present findings from engagements to PE clients and management teams, inspiring clients with compelling storytelling that articulates project goals and value. Contribute to internal training, running mentoring sessions, and organising events to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Participate in business development activities, such as contribution to bid development, preparing materials for client presentations and pitches, and taking part in marketing activities.
Requirements | 2-3 years’ consultancy experience (ideally in due diligence). Experience of working in a project-based environment, liaising with customers throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle. Comfort analysing large commercial data sets, company financials and/or familiarity with big data analysis (e.g. SQL). Experience of working with private equity firms and private equity-backed businesses. Subject Matter Experience: Experience with digitally focused, DTC or ecommerce businesses, and/or Experience with reviews of technology, AI and data platforms, and/or Experience in digital marketing and digital business models, and/or Knowledge and practical experience of key digital platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads/Keyword Planner, SimilarWeb, SEMRush, Google Trends.
