Role specific responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth across member network, 3PL, and international services through proactive prospecting and solution selling
- Use market intelligence tools to identify and qualify high-potential leads in target sectors
- Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from lead to close
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored commercial solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to create commercially viable and deliverable proposals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
- Achieve and exceed weekly activity targets including calls, meetings, proposals, and volume goals
- Support smooth onboarding of new accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategy and maintain a competitive edge
- Provide regular updates to the National Sales Manager on pipeline performance, forecasts, and key opportunities
