The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Corporate Customer Service Managerial role
- Knowledge of the Logistics sector preferably pallet networks
- Strong communicator, able to actively listen and understand customer feedback
- Genuine care and ability for problem solving
- Integrity, professionalism and honesty
- Proactive and positive
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
