About the role:
You will support people to work at their very best to help create an engaged workforce and look after their wellbeing supporting them in challenging times. You’ll be expected to find solutions and help others to solve problems in a positive and productive way by providing expert advice and guidance. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time to support improved KPI's.
The candidate's key activities will include:
- Planning job requests
- Developing and building relationships with customers
- Building new leads and sustainable pipeline
- Employee relations
- Monitoring and reporting
- Implementing initiatives
