The Role
As Commercial Director, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy—driving performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a forward-thinking commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and analytics
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships across the Pall-Ex network and wider industry
- Enhance customer satisfaction by driving retention, loyalty, and service excellence initiatives
- Create a high-performance culture that motivates teams to exceed targets
- Represent and promote the Pall-Ex brand with professionalism and impact
- Champion innovation and leverage technology to deliver market-leading commercial initiatives
About You
We’re looking for a strategic and influential leader who can bring energy, insight, and direction to our commercial operations. You will have:
- Proven success in a senior commercial or business development leadership role
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- A track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering business growth
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working at board level and managing relationships across all levels
- A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
- Experience within the pallet network, logistics, or transport sector
- An established network of industry contacts
