Overview
Transfer Pricing Analyst within Pall Finance is responsible for implementing and monitoring transfer pricing strategies, ensuring compliance, and managing key data processes that impact financial reporting. This role collaborates with various internal teams and external auditors to maintain accurate transfer pricing policies and documentation. The position sits in the Portsmouth, UK office and reports to the Sr. Manager of Ops COE.
Responsibilities
- Transfer Pricing Responsibilities: Calculate prices, support the establishment and communication of transfer pricing policies, and monitor compliance with these policies across Pall sites.
- Data Governance and Process Improvement: Investigate and document data processes, enforce data governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and improve material master data integrity affecting transfer pricing reporting.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with Finance, Sales, Trade Compliance, external auditors (EY), and third-party vendors to resolve transfer pricing issues and support audits.
- Operational and Strategic Support: Support global efforts to update transfer pricing, maintain the Global Value Chain chart, monitor entity profitability, and assist in entity valuations and impairment testing.
- Annual and Interim Duties: Prepare segmented profit and loss statements, manage retrospective transfer pricing adjustments, ensure intercompany agreements are in place, and provide documentation for transfer pricing compliance.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 5 years of financial management and cost accounting experience with a multi-global US company
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) of SAP specifically FI and CO functionality
- Ability to plan and lead kaizens and implement measurement tools to ensure sustainment
- Planning, coordination and organization of the work of others that may not have direct reporting lines
- Knowledge of US GAAP/SOX accounting principles and practices
Travel and Environment
- Willing to travel abroad
- Willing to flex working hours if necessary to complete tasks or attend meetings/calls
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
