The LCF Line Leader is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of LCF and LCF weld, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local environmental health and safety procedures including Kamishibai, risk assessment, near misses, and safety concerns.
  • Lead the team to achieve optimum productivity and quality; possess the authority to halt production for corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean transformation processes, participating in CI activities such as set‑up reduction and tooling rationalization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience achieving optimum productivity.
  • Experience in an assembly environment.
