In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Service Desk incident and request management End user computing systems and tools provisioning IT systems and facility maintenance Participate in IT and business-related projects Collaborate with global diverse IT teams The essential requirements of the job include: Applicable degree program or IT industry certification 2+ years of Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experience PC and software troubleshooting and technical skills, including experience in Microsoft computing environment. Understanding of network and server administration Provide remote and hands on user support for desktops, laptops, and manufacturing equipment. It would be a plus if you also possess: Passion for problem-solving and customer service Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems ITIL and/or MCSA certification Root cause analysis Join our winning team today.
