Position: LCF Line Leader

Location: Redruth, on‑site

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local environmental health and safety procedures, including Kamishibai, risk assessment and near‑miss reporting.
  • Maintain quality and productivity of team members, with authority to stop production when quality issues arise.
  • Lead continuous improvement and lean transformation activities, including set‑up reduction and tooling rationalization.
  • Lead a team toward optimum productivity and support the Cabin Air family.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead a team for optimum productivity.
  • Experience working in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and Lotus Notes.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and lean transformation processes.
  • Support for teams in problem‑solving initiatives.
