Position: LCF Line Leader
Location: Redruth, on‑site
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local environmental health and safety procedures, including Kamishibai, risk assessment and near‑miss reporting.
- Maintain quality and productivity of team members, with authority to stop production when quality issues arise.
- Lead continuous improvement and lean transformation activities, including set‑up reduction and tooling rationalization.
- Lead a team toward optimum productivity and support the Cabin Air family.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead a team for optimum productivity.
- Experience working in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and Lotus Notes.
- Experience with continuous improvement and lean transformation processes.
- Support for teams in problem‑solving initiatives.
