About Us
Palisade Real Assets is looking for an Investment Associate to join our growing London investment team. PRA is a mid-market real assets manager focused on investments adjacent to traditional core infrastructure, with a particular focus on decarbonisation. We are a small, experienced team, giving our people broad exposure across origination, transaction execution and portfolio management. Our size is part of the opportunity. You’ll work directly with experienced investment professionals, get close to the assets and management teams, and have the opportunity to make a visible contribution as the business grows.
The Job
You’ll work closely with senior members of the team to:
- Originate and assess infrastructure and real asset investment opportunities
- Manage transaction due diligence workstreams
- Build and review detailed financial models, valuations and investment analysis
- Coordinate transactions and external advisers
- Support portfolio companies and identify opportunities to create value
- Participate in board and committee meetings and strategic discussions
- Present to Investment Committees, portfolio company boards and other stakeholders
- Assess new investment themes, sectors and strategies.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with relevant transaction experience and a strong grounding in financial modelling, valuation and commercial analysis.
You may already be working within an infrastructure fund, real assets investment manager, private equity firm, renewable energy investor or similar investment business. We’re also interested in candidates who have developed transaction experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services or deals advisory, within a leading advisory firm.
Experience within infrastructure, real assets, renewable energy or the energy transition would be particularly relevant. Exposure to greenfield or development-stage transactions, operational businesses or energy markets would also be useful.
This role may suit individuals currently working as an Investment Analyst, Investment Associate, Infrastructure Analyst or Associate, M&A Analyst or Associate, Corporate Finance Executive or Associate, or in a similar transaction-focused role.
