As a Service Engineer, you'll work with premium crane systems inside a modern 13,000 sq ft facility fitted with advanced diagnostics, specialist tooling and eight fully equipped workshop bays. Your responsibilities as Service Engineer:
- Carry out planned maintenance and repairs on Palfinger and Epsilon crane systems
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and software faults
- Complete LOLER inspections and required safety checks
- Use manufacturer diagnostic systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance
- Contribute to a professional, safety-focused workshop environment
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician working on hydraulic or lifting equipment
- Background within cranes, forklifts, plant, powered access, HGVs or agricultural machinery
- Recognised qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant discipline
- Strong fault-finding ability across mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Professional attitude with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Dartford, Monday to Friday
