This is a rare opportunity to join our respected aftersales team, where you’ll become a specialist Service Engineer maintaining and repairing some of the most advanced lorry-loader cranes on the market. With structured training, ongoing technical development, and future progression plans, you’ll be building a career with a machinery business that invests in its engineers!

Duties

  • This is a home-based role. You will be travelling across the Cheshire region delivering on-site engineering support to our own brand of lorry loader cranes, including:
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical & software faults on customer sites.
  • Performing LOLER inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Providing expert technical support and training to customers.

Entry Requirements

  • Experience maintaining similar hydraulic lifting equipment such as construction plant, forklifts, agricultural machinery, powered access equipment or taillifts is required.
  • Applicants should hold a recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Plant Maintenance or a similar discipline.
  • Live in the Cheshire region and hold a full UK driving licence.
