The Bryntirion Inn is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help drive our food offering to the next level.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who takes pride in delivering exceptional dishes, lead by our Chef Partner and Executive Chef, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
As Head Chef, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the kitchen team, managing stock and ordering, controlling food costs, maintaining compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations, and contributing to the creation of seasonal menus that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Job Description
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Head Chef, you will be a confident leader with excellent organisational skills, a passion for producing outstanding food, and the ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen.
A strong understanding of kitchen management, allergen awareness, and cost control is essential, along with the drive to inspire and develop your team.
