- Supervise and coordinate the daily breakfast service.
- Lead, motivate and support the Front of House breakfast team.
- Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Allocate duties and ensure the team is prepared and briefed ahead of service.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and food hygiene.
- Respond professionally to guest requests, feedback and concerns.
- Liaise closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure opening, closing and handover procedures are completed correctly.
- Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
