Palé Hall, one of the UK's leading Five Red Star country house hotels, is a luxurious destination for quiet retreat, comfort and culinary indulgence. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced food service supervisor to lead and direct our busy breakfast team.

With a hospitality background in a quality establishment, you'll deliver a flawless food and beverage service to get the day off to the best possible start for our guests. Beginning at 6.45 am, five days over seven, you'll be a reliable early riser with a big smile and a cheerful personality!

You'll be responsible for managing the breakfast team rota in liaison with the Restaurant Manager, submitting an order for breakfast items for the following morning, and for ensuring that the restaurant and service areas are prepared and cleaned down at the end of the shift.

This is a full time permanent position, five days over seven, with five 8 hour shifts moving from breakfast through into lunch and afternoon tea.
