We are looking for a Staff Data Analyst to drive business outcomes through impactful analytics within our Driver Squad. You will translate business context and complex analytics into actionable insights, collaborate across Product, Tech, Data, Operations and Finance stakeholders and embed yourself in a cross‑functional squad.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover business and product opportunities through robust analytics, translating technical insights with clarity for any audience.
  • Shape data‑driven decision‑making across your squad and the wider operation; develop actionable performance metrics that move the needle.
  • Measure the impact of ongoing initiatives and innovations.
  • Build powerful data models and products that deliver actionable insights to your teammates.
  • Line‑manage 1–2 Analytics (Engineering) professionals: empower them through clear feedback, meaningful coaching and leading by example.
  • Raise the bar: role‑model analytical rigour and smart pragmatism to shape analytics excellence across the company.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence or data science role.
  • Experience line managing or mentoring other data professionals.
  • A passion for clean, efficient and meaningful SQL queries and Python notebooks.
  • Previous experience using modern BI tools (Looker + LookML).
  • AI‑savvy to scale yourself and your impact.
  • Deeply outcome‑focused with an analytical mind and the necessary pragmatism to balance rigour with speed.
  • A high‑energy and bold communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams from different functions.
