We are a premium company operating at the intersection of technology, private client services, and global mobility. We are redesigning how Italian citizenship and immigration services are delivered, replacing outdated professional services models with clearer processes, intelligent systems, and a higher standard of client experience.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who can bring clarity, follow‑through and accountability across people, processes and day‑to‑day operations.

The Role

You will help run the internal operating rhythm of the business. The role sits across operations, people, hiring, internal processes and team coordination. You will help ensure priorities are clear, work is tracked, standards are followed, and issues are addressed before they become bigger problems. This is not a traditional HR role. It is not an assistant role. It is an operational role for someone who can create structure, manage moving parts and help a small team perform with more consistency.

What You Will Be Working On

Depending on business needs, this may include:

  • coordinating weekly priorities and team follow‑ups;
  • assigning and tracking tasks, deadlines and ownership;
  • improving internal processes, SOPs and workflows;
  • supporting hiring, screening and onboarding;
  • assisting with performance check‑ins and one‑to‑one meetings;
  • preparing internal updates and operational reports;
  • supporting policy implementation and team communication;
  • identifying bottlenecks and proposing practical improvements;
  • helping create better visibility across workload, standards and delivery.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone practical, organised and commercially aware. You should have solid experience in operations, people operations, HR operations, business management, team coordination or founder‑led environments. You should be comfortable in a small, fast‑moving business where not everything is already fully documented. You should be able to:

  • create structure without waiting for perfect instructions;
  • communicate clearly and professionally;
  • manage sensitive information with discretion;
  • follow through without needing to be chased;
  • balance people judgement with operational discipline;
  • work across systems, processes and team coordination;
  • use tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, HR systems or project management platforms.

Prior experience in a startup, consultancy, legal services, professional services or client‑facing business is required.

This Role May Not Be Right For You If
  • you need a large corporate structure;
  • you prefer a narrow or fixed job scope;
  • you avoid difficult conversations;
  • you are uncomfortable with changing priorities;
  • you prefer policy work without operational execution;
  • you struggle to create order from ambiguity;
  • you confuse being busy with moving things forward.
What We Offer

Salary: TBD, depending on experience. Exposure to operations, people, hiring and business‑building in a growing company. The opportunity to help shape how a premium, technology‑led business operates internally.
