As part of that growth, they are now looking for a Graduate HR Administrator to join their friendly, fast-paced HR team.

This is a hands-on role where you will gain real exposure to HR operations and recruitment, particularly high-volume recruitment across multiple sites. You will be right at the heart of the HR function, learning how a modern HR team supports a growing business.

What you will be involved in:

  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns and booking interviews
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
  • Diary management and interview coordination
  • Processing holiday requests and sickness records
  • Keeping HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to the wider HR team
