The successful individual will play a key role in supporting the next stage of the group’s evolution, partnering closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. We are specifically seeking an ACA Qualified (ICAEW / ICAS) finance professional with strong technical and commercial capability, alongside experience operating within acquisitive, leveraged and complex group structures.
Based in impressive Manchester offices, key areas of responsibility are expected to include:
- Group consolidations across multiple statutory entities
- Financial reporting and monthly / quarterly stakeholder reporting
- Treasury, cashflow and lender management
- Exposure to both senior and junior debt structures
- FP&A and commercial analysis
- Tax oversight and governance
- Systems, process improvement and finance transformation
- Building and leading high-performing finance teams
- Raising standards, controls and operational excellence across the function
