This is a significant appointment within a complex, multi‑entity group environment and represents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, high‑performing finance leader seeking exposure to a fast‑paced, commercially driven and growth‑focused business.
The successful individual will play a key role in supporting the next stage of the group’s evolution, partnering closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. We are specifically seeking an ACA Qualified (ICAEW / ICAS) finance professional with strong technical and commercial capability, alongside experience operating within acquisitive, leveraged and complex group structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Group consolidations across multiple statutory entities
- Financial reporting and monthly / quarterly stakeholder reporting
- Treasury, cashflow and lender management
- Exposure to both senior and junior debt structures
- FP&A and commercial analysis
- Tax oversight and governance
- Systems, process improvement and finance transformation
- Building and leading high‑performing finance teams
- Raising standards, controls and operational excellence across the function
