6 month fixed term contract opportunity for a Qualified FP&A Manager to join the UK Head office of a highly regarded organisation based on the outskirts of Warrington.

Responsible for the global FP&A function, ensuring budgeting & forecasting and financial planning is aligned with company strategy, values and goals. Leading the FP&A team, developing a culture of continuous learning and collaboration to ensure the team is a key driver of optimum business performance. Delivering high-impact financial insights for the Board and Senior Leadership Team. Developing modern and effective financial modelling and “what if” scenario analysis to support financial and commercial decision-making. Collaborating with an international team of finance managers to ensure FP&A data is utilised to ensure impactful decision making. Providing insights into financial risks and opportunities affecting organisational strategy.

Applicants must be fully qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA with previous experience in an FP&A focussed role, with the gravitas, personality and commercial acumen required to forge strong business partnering relationships across all areas of the multisite/global business. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a highly successful, rapidly expanding organisation during the next phase of its global expansion. A salary of £56-60k is complemented with benefits including 25 days holiday and 10% pension. Hybrid working (Minimum 2 days per week in the office). Applicants must have full and indefinite eligibility to work in the UK (through being a UK citizen or having gained ILR) and should live within a sensible commute of Warrington.
