Finance Manager
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established, award‑winning, Housing Association on the outskirts of Manchester (West). The role reports directly to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and go‑to specialist for all matters relating to treasury, business planning and financial accounting.
- Supporting the Director of Finance with refinancing and assessing financial needs.
- Working closely with the Director of Finance to update and report on the organisation's Business Plan.
- Ensuring the successful submission of regulatory returns and lender reporting.
- Preparation of financial statements.
Qualifications
Applicants will ideally be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIPFA. Non‑qualified Finance Managers with housing association experience will also be considered.

Requirements
