When it comes to the opportunity, this isn’t your typical month-end grinder role. It’s broad, hands-on, and full of exposure – from ownership of the monthly management accounts to margin analysis, WIP reporting, stock and purchasing control, and playing a key role in cash forecasting and system/process improvement. You’ll also have input into quarterly VAT, audit prep, credit control oversight, and ad hoc support for group finance – making this the ideal springboard for a future FC or FP&A career path.
The successful candidate will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist. You will evidence experience preparing management accounts in a fast-moving, commercial setting, coupled with sharp analytical skills and an eye for process improvement. Amongst your interpersonal qualities will be the kind of curiosity, proactivity, and people skills that make you a trusted partner across the business.
