You can expect comprehensive Employment Law Exposure. From handling tribunal claims, corporate transactions, restructurings, redundancies, and senior-level exits. To advising big-ticket global clients and UK SMEs across multiple industries, including automotive, leisure, tourism, and professional services. The role will comprise a blend of Respondent & Claimant Work. You will be supporting both businesses and senior individuals/executives on matters like discrimination, contracts, disputes, and exits.
