Outstanding Chief Finance Officer (CFO) opportunity with a Warrington based, rapidly expanding, £35m t/o Business Services Company that’s on track to grow to £50-60m in the next 3 years. Joining the business in a new role created to meet the evolving demands of the businesses, your remit will include:

• Strategic finance leader operating as a trusted partner to the executive team.
• Taking ownership of the company’s financial strategy, governance, reporting and commercial/financial performance (6 UK subsidiaries).
• Leading the finance function (team of 4) ensuring robust financial controls and governance.
• Developing and delivering the company’s financial strategy to support sustained organic and acquisitive growth.
• Providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Overseeing statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes.
• Driving continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, advisers, and external auditors.
• Supporting the financial analysis and integration of future acquisitions.

Applicants must be Fully Qualified, Practice Trained ACA Professionals (preferably Big 4) with previous experience at Chief Finance Officer or Finance Director level. You will be commercially astute with strong leadership skills and the gravitas and personality to influence at board level. You will have a proactive, hands-on approach and will have a track record of supporting business growth and strategic change at the highest level (eg Mergers/Acquisitions/IPO etc).
