We’re proud to be partnering exclusively with a bold and dynamic business who are seeking to appoint a Billing Manager. This role will play a pivotal role within a well-established, fast-paced business where innovation, accuracy, and collaboration are at the heart of what they do. This role reports directly to the Head of Billing, Fraud & Collections, and is a key hire within the team - ideal for someone with strong billing expertise, particularly within the Aria Billing System, and a desire to contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of the end-to-end billing process using Aria
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, adjustments, credits, and reconciliations
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and identify potential fraudulent activity
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure smooth billing operations
  • Analyse data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements
  • Support system upgrades and contribute to fraud prevention and ease of collections
  • Drive compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years in billing and revenue operations, and hands-on experience with Aria Billing System. Strong knowledge of subscription billing models and revenue recognition is important. MS Excel expertise and a keen analytical mindset will serve you well and any knowledge of Salesforce, automation tools, or SaaS-based environments is a plus. This will suit a proactive, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and a collaborative team player who brings ideas and positive energy.

My client offers a salary of £60,000pa plus a bonus of up to 20%, 25 days Annual Leave (plus Bank Holidays and Birthday off), increasing to 30 days and the option to buy an additional 5 days per year. The package extends to private medical, 6% pension, free broadband, free parking (3 days on-site and 2 days WFH), and an excellent on-site subsidised restaurant.
