This is a key position with responsibility for the end-to-end payroll and expenses function, supporting a sizeable workforce and ensuring everything runs accurately, efficiently and compliantly.
You'll take ownership of payroll operations, pensions and expenses, while also having the opportunity to review existing processes, improve efficiencies and help shape how the function operates going forward.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong, hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll.
- Is confident dealing with payroll, pensions, HMRC and statutory requirements.
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes real ownership of their work.
- Enjoys improving processes and making things work better.
- Can manage queries confidently and build relationships across the business.
