We are proud to be partnering with an outstanding, PE-backed, international media agency going through an exciting phase of M&A and growth. This is a unique opportunity for a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) to step into a Senior Accountant role covering maternity leave for 12 months.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role with responsibility for reporting across multiple group entities, including operations in the USA and Europe. You’ll lead the day-to-day financial operations, produce accurate management accounts, oversee VAT and cashflow, and support integration of acquired businesses. You’ll also supervise a team of three, so strong leadership and people skills are key.
As a proven Finance Manager, you will be fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), possess experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and ideally, prior exposure to Private Equity-backed businesses or M&A integration. Your approach will be calm and communicative with the ability to lead from the front, challenge where needed, and build relationships across the business. Solid experience in management accounts, controls, VAT, payroll, cashflow and reconciliations are expected.
