Excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager (Treasury Business Planning) to join a well-established, award winning, Housing Association on the outskirts of Manchester. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance your remit will include:
- Lead and go-to specialist for all matters relating to treasury, business planning and financial accounting.
- Supporting the Director of Finance with refinancing and assessing financial needs.
- Working closely with the Director of Finance to update and report on the organisations Business Plan.
- Ensuring the successful submission of regulatory returns and lender reporting.
- Preparation of financial statements.
Applicants will ideally be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIPFA although non-qualified Finance Managers with housing association experience will also be considered. This role would suit a self-motivated finance professional, able to forge strong business relationships at all levels to board level, who thrives on autonomy and a culture of continuous improvement.
An annual salary of £54k to £64k, is complemented with benefits including 27 days holidays (increasing by 1 per years’ service), Hybrid working (Min 2 days office), Flexible working, Good career prospects, Training and development, A very good pension (employer contribution 1.5X that of employee to max 15% combined), Life Assurance, Health Cash Plan, Discounted gym membership.
