About the Role
Based in Perth or London, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Metals team. You’ll provide tailored technical mine advisory, project management services and contribute to technical studies that span due diligence, feasibility, optimisation, and decarbonisation. If you enjoy mentoring and technical work, and don’t like the admin and politics or large team management that distracts from what you got into mining to do, this role could be for you. With a strong pipeline of work in place, our clients range from major miners to junior explorers, investment funds, and global banks. If you understand the bigger picture - connecting production phases with operational and financial targets - this is your opportunity to shine.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Mining Engineering with a career that has developed in broad mine operations and/or mine planning roles across a range of sites.
- Experience with a range of base and precious metals.
- Open pit and underground experience.
- An understanding of complimentary disciplines (e.g. geotech, hydrogeology etc) and impact on mining reserves.
- Proficiency in mine planning software for medium or long-term planning.
- Experience leading a range of projects - optimisation or studies.
- Exposure to feasibility studies (highly regarded).
- Global (multiple geographies) experience (highly regarded).
