The Role The Palantir Design Team focuses on the human experience of our software. We foster a collaborative, trustful environment that encourages growth and feedback. Your day-to-day may include leading design sprints, designing micro-interactions, or creating reusable UI components. Core Responsibilities Interaction and visual design, including defining concepts, workflows, and visual elements, with experience in mockup and prototyping tools. Conducting informal user research and adapting methodologies to achieve the best outcomes. Prototyping to communicate and validate designs. Collaborating closely with engineers to realize design ideas, with a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript appreciated.
