- Monitor, interpret and advise on legal and regulatory requirements and developments across multiple jurisdictions, including those related to anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest and business ethics, sanctions, data privacy and artificial intelligence.
- Support the development, continuous maintenance and delivery of the compliance program in the U.K., Europe, APAC, the Middle East and other non-U.S. jurisdictions, including providing trainings, managing risk assessments, monitoring the whistleblower hotline, and conducting internal investigations.
- Evaluate and advise on compliance with contractual requirements, ESG requirements, legal and regulatory risks, conflicts and general compliance issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business functions based on high level confidence, and act as a key touchpoint for legal compliance queries by answering questions as well as providing business-oriented information, solutions and practical advice.
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with international regulators as a means of enhancing Palantir’s compliance program while building, leading and delivering on key international compliance projects.
