The opportunity: We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Co-Ordinator - EMEA to join our Sales team. The role will report to the Head of Speciality Sales - UK/EU.
What are key duties of the role?
- Support Sales Managers by preparing quotes, presentations, tender documents, and sales decks
- Maintain price lists and databases (e.g., Faire, Phocas)
- Coordinate customer onboarding, product data uploads, and sample management
- Assist with marketing, compliance, planning, and trade show logistics
- Monitor and report on sell-through data and market insights
- Provide general admin support across sales operations
What we need you to bring to the team:
- 2+ years' experience in sales administration or a similar support role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Confident in data analysis and working cross-functionally
