Paladone is seeking a talented marketing professional to lead our Global Marketing team, driving activity across EMEA and APAC with a focus on brand consistency and commercial impact. You will work with Sales, eCommerce, licensors and agencies to deliver end-to-end campaigns that align with global strategy.

You will coach the Marketing Co‑Ordinator, grow the function, and elevate performance through data-driven decision making, analytics, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
