We are looking for a talented and driven marketing professional to join our Global Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, this role takes ownership of marketing activity across our international regions (EMEA & APAC), delivering commercially focused campaigns that support both regional growth and global brand strategy. You will take the lead on our brand marketing across these regions, helping to grow and strengthen the Paladone & WeCool marketing function while increasing its overall impact, consistency and capability.

Working closely with Sales, eCommerce, licensors and agency partners, you will drive end‑to‑end campaign delivery to ensure activity is aligned to business objectives and delivers measurable results. This role will also line manage the Marketing Co‑Ordinator, giving you the opportunity to coach, develop and build a high‑performing team as the function continues to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Delivery & Strategy
    • Lead and execute marketing activity across international markets, optimising performance across all channels.
    • Partner with Sales and eCommerce teams to support revenue growth and strengthen commercial propositions.
    • Contribute to regional marketing strategy aligned with global direction.
  • Social Media & Influencer Marketing
    • Own social and influencer activity across international markets.
    • Manage agencies and optimise campaign performance.
    • Drive engagement, growth and brand advocacy.
  • Email, PR & Campaigns
    • Manage targeted B2B and B2C email campaigns.
    • Oversee PR activity and agency relationships.
    • Coordinate international campaigns, promotions and launches.
    • Support ownership of website strategy and performance.
    • Drive improvements across SEO, PPC and analytics.
    • Collaborate on digital assets for campaigns.
  • Analysis & Reporting
    • Own marketing performance reporting for international markets.
    • Analyse ROI and campaign effectiveness.
    • Manage marketing calendars and planning.
  • Leadership & Line Management
    • Lead, coach and develop the Marketing Co‑Ordinator.
    • Manage performance, objectives and engagement.
    • Support recruitment and onboarding as required.

What you need:

  • Proven experience in international marketing across B2B and B2C, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong knowledge of multi‑channel marketing, including social, influencer, email, PR and digital.
  • Experience owning end‑to‑end campaign delivery, from planning to performance analysis.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to drive ROI and support business growth.
  • Confident stakeholder management, working closely with Sales, eCommerce and external partners.
  • Experience managing agencies and suppliers to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience leading or mentoring others, with the ability to develop team members.
  • Proactive and hands‑on, with the confidence to take ownership and drive results.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across global teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms and Microsoft Office.
