The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Artwork Production Coordinator to join our creative team.
You will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the artwork and packaging process, coordinating internal approvals, communicating with third-party suppliers and factories, and ensuring files are technically correct and delivered on time. You\’ll also support the wider design and compliance teams to ensure product artwork meets all quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Duties:
- Manage the artwork approval process and ensure all internal sign-offs are complete
- Liaise with designers and ensure amends are actioned correctly
- Coordinate submission of files to suppliers/factories and track proof returns
- Approve final artwork, including barcode, layout, and compliance checks
- Maintain version control, file management, and accurate record keeping
- Support symbol libraries, barcoding, and packaging template setup
- Collaborate closely with design, compliance, and Asia-based factories
What We Need You to Bring:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple deadlines across teams
- Experience with packaging artwork and print file setup
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Comfortable working with file formats: AI, PDF, EPS
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Basic understanding of packaging components and regulatory labeling
