This is an office-based role, working 4-5 days per week at our Shoreham-by-Sea headquarters. Would you like to join a fast growing (200+ staff), exceptionally brilliant global company? WeCool Toys is a Global Designer and Manufacturer of Dynamic Toys, Crafts, Compounds and more. We own, operate, and manage all vertical and horizontal production, package, export and distribution processes. WeCool Toys is a new member of Paladone Group Holdings.
The opportunity: We are looking for a Supply Chain Merchandiser - FOB & Domestic to join our Supply Chain team. This role is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. While this is a fixed-term position, there is a possibility of the role becoming permanent, subject to business needs and performance. This makes it an excellent opportunity to join the business, gain exposure across domestic and FOB supply chains, and build a long-term career with Paladone. The role will report to the Lead Supply Chain Merchandiser - Domestic & FOB and will support the coordination of domestic and FOB orders across the EMEA market, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience for our customers.
What are key duties of the role?
- Order Processing & Customer Service
- Accurately process sales orders through ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and timely order flow.
- Allocate stock to meet customer deadlines and regional delivery requirements.
- Manage customer portals for order entry, updates and documentation uploads.
- Maintain accurate pricing, delivery specifications and shipping instructions.
- Set up new customer accounts, ensuring correct credit limits and payment terms.
- Supply Chain & Stock Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, Warehouse and 3PL partners to track orders and resolve supply chain constraints.
- Monitor inbound inventory, stock allocations, production progress and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate product or packaging reworks at warehouse and factory level when required.
- Arrange and track sample shipments for key account selections.
- Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Provide proactive order updates and after-sales support.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Handle order queries, delays and delivery issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing system/process guidance.
- Complaints, Returns & Credits
- Record, investigate and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
- Process customer returns and credits accurately in line with company policy.
- Support root-cause analysis with Quality and Warehouse teams.
What we need you to bring to the team:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service.
- Supply Chain or Merchandising experience (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of EDI systems and retail web-based portals.
- A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative mindset.
