Position: Mobile Patrol Supervisor
Site: London Health Science Centre - UH
Status: Temporary Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday (14:30 - 22:30 hours)
Pay Rate: $18.54/hr
Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement - calculating after 88 hours bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:
- Working on assigned shifts, you will work full time shifts providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents.
- You will be required to write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.
- You should display excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.
- In this role, it is essential that you are physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- You will be driving and patrolling the hospital grounds in a marked company patrol vehicle responding to all incidents on hospital property.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid G or G2 Class Driver's License with preferred driving experience of 3 years
- Must provide a clean drivers abstract
- Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
- Standard First Aid, CPR Level C (WSIB Approved)
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
