Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of carpets in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Utilise specialist cleaning techniques to tackle tough stains and restore carpets to their original luster.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Operate company‑provided vans to travel between our eight Central London hotels.
- Demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of work.
- Embrace the spirit of teamwork and camaraderie as you work alongside fellow hospitality enthusiasts.
What you Need
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of carpet cleaning excellence.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence, as you will be provided with a van for travel between properties.
- Adeptness at carrying out specialist cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
